- Intake Form: Fill out the form below to begin the case evaluation process. The first step is for you to fill out the potential new client intake form to tell us about your case. Don’t worry, 100% of the information you provide is confidential (whether you hire us or not) and is encrypted (both in-transit and at rest) to ensure your privacy and security.
- Case Evaluation: We will send you an email with a link to schedule your discovery call with one of our legal assistants. On this discovery call, our legal assistant will explain how we work and answer some of your basic questions (such as providing you with an estimated attorney’s fee – Mr. Smith will set the attorney’s fee during your consultation based on the specifics of your case). Finally, they will schedule your free consultation with Mr. Smith.
- Attorney Consultation: For your convenience, we offer consultation by phone, video call, or in-person. Mr. Smith provides up to one-hour consultation for free. In your consultation, Mr. Smith will walk you through the process, your rights, and possible outcomes to your case.
- Next Steps: After the consultation, we will send you our engagement agreement and online payment link. We open your file and begin work once you sign the engagement agreement and make payment.
